SCHOLAR'S PROGRAM INFORMATION

OD Immersion was created to simplify the process of adding specialty ocular surface disease and aesthetic services to primary care practices.

The ODI Scholar's Program is an interactive advising experience tailored for doctors who aspire to broaden their skill set, increase their revenue and break free from the monotonous demands of routine care by implementing advanced dry eye services.

The ODI Scholar's Program is reserved for

The Scholar's Program is reserved only for those who have completed the 6-month Mastery Program. It Includes ongoing comprehensive ODI advising services and support, encompassing all services offered in the Mastery Program, as well as the opportunity to learn advanced skill sets and explore the realm of aesthetics. The Scholars Program requires no long term commitment and you may opt-out at anytime with a 30-day notice.

Online Training Library with
Progressive Tracks

The Scholar's Program is divided into three primary tracks: Logistics, Education, and Treatment.
Each track contains step by step lessons to provide straightforward guidance.

Assigned Track Advisor (ATA)

In each Track, you will be assigned a specific team whose focus is on that particular track content.
In-bound coaching availability for business owners and team members 8 – 6 p.m., Mon. – Fri., EST (unless otherwise scheduled)

Team Training

Team training through the Online Training Library (OTL) and live/virtual training with your assigned track advisor and Education Team.
Follow-up Team training when needed.
Team training webinars via Facebook Live Private Group.

EXCLUSIONS

* ODI will not provide advising on non-certified devices or third party reseller certification. Certification must be obtained by the original manufacturer.

* Additional devices purchased outside of the first 12-months will be applicable to additional fees ***

Devices purchased beyond the initial 12-month period will be charged a three-month origination fee for the reassessment of logistics, training, and treatment.

Term

I agree to the following terms & conditions: Authorization Agreement for Pre-Authorized Payments “Customer,” hereby authorizes OD Immersion hereinafter called “ODI” to initiate debit entries transferring funds from Customer’s financial institution account listed above. ODI is bound by the operation rules of NACHA. ODI acknowledges that the origination of transactions must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. Notice of termination by Client of this agreement shall be effective immediately upon request.

$599.00

The monthly program fee for a single location is $1,599 US dollars, with an initial commitment of 6 months (6-month minimum with opt-out option available). This comprehensive package includes training the primary doctor, one associate doctor and select ancillary staff. Following the initial 6 months, the monthly fee decreases to $599 per month.

The monthly program fee for a single location is $1,799 US dollars, with an initial commitment of 6 months (6-month minimum with opt-out option available). This comprehensive package includes training for the primary doctor, up to two associate doctors and select ancillary staff practicing in the same location. Following the initial 6 months, the monthly fee decreases to $799 per month.

Following the initial 6 months, the monthly fee decreases to $1,299 per month.
