The monthly program fee for two (2) locations with a minimum initial commitment of 6 months (6-month minimum with opt-out option available is $2,599 US dollars.This comprehensive package includes training for the primary doctor, up to four (4) associate doctors and select ancillary staff practicing across both location. Following the initial 6 months, the monthly fee decreases to $1,299 per month.
