The monthly program fee for a single location is $1,999 US dollars, with an initial commitment of 6 months (6-month minimum with opt-out option available). This comprehensive package includes training for the primary doctor, up to four (4) associate doctors and select ancillary staff practicing in the same location. Following the initial 6 months, the monthly fee decreases to $999 per month.
